A TALE
The legend of Cyclops Polyphemus. Cyclopes where one – eyed giants, who posed a grave danger to humans. Polyphemus was encountered by Odysseus, while returning home after the Trojan War. In order to escape, Odysseus lured the beast with wine, and when he fell asleep, Odysseus blinded him, thus managing to flee.

A playful re-interpretation of a detail of Papakonstantinou’s work, about the Cyclops Polyphemus.
