Europe was a Phoenician princess of unimaginable beauty, married to the King of Crete. Alas, this Royal marriage was not to last. The reason was the King of the Olympian Gods, Zeus. When he set eyes on Europe, he immediately fell in love. Europe had to be his and his alone. So he turned himself into a mighty bull and abducted Europe. Together, they traveled wide and far, across a continent destined to be named after this fabled beauty.

AN ISPIRATION

This is one of the emblematic pieces in the collection. Inspired by one of the artist’s pieces, based on the theme of Europe’s abduction by Zeus. In this particular piece, Europe is depicted as a stronger, more confident woman, fully aware of the power her feminine touch has on Zeus.

A TOUCH OF LUXURY

In this piece, sheen meets flowing motion and it is intended for those who’d like to make a statement. One side is hand embroidered on the shoulder, with a custom design of metallic thread and glass beads, beautifully matched with long silk fringes of the same royal blue colour.
