Papakonstantinou’s work, often recounted stories of the Classical Mythology. Here, the inspiration comes from Homer’s, The Odyssey, particularly the story of the Cyclops Polyphemus

This blouse is cut from a crisp, 100% silk, Greek dupion fabric, decorated with embroidered silk ribbon, in order to echo a detail of the artist’s work, The piece is of a slight A – line, with long slits on the sleeves, revealing part of the arm.
